Our Philosophy

As a direct care provider for behavioral healthcare services and MR case management, AltaPointe designs its delivery of care to help those individuals with serious mental illness, emotional disturbance, mental retardation, and/or substance abuse issues. The care delivery model is based on consumer involvement, choice, self-determination, and enhanced role functioning. The ultimate goal is to help consumers achieve the skills they need to succeed.

During the course of consumer treatment, staff members may suggest different forms of therapy including but not limited to behavior modification, prevention, psycho-pharmacology, case-management, crisis intervention, family support, consumer support, consumer and family education.

AltaPointe supports its delivery of care by maintaining a competent, professional, and qualified staff. Our staff’s main goal and responsibility is to treat our consumers with dignity and respect from the first point of contact throughout the treatment and monitoring process. AltaPointe also supports the relationships of other healthcare providers and community agencies to deliver services.
